In first time Sedar S.A. products poultries such as gooses, ducks, chicken and turkeys according to European Standards. Production ligne certify quality and freshness meats, since reception until packaging. Also Sedar posses her "Cool Production" for products that are meant for abroad.

Our company products Ready-cooked dish such as pâtés, sausages and others, but also hamburgers, and for all with 100% poultries !

 

The feathers

Feather processing is an important part of the activity of Sedar since 1991. The feathers come from ducks and gooses. The feathers undergo different treatment for make sure to one excellent quality admit in the world.

Etape 1 - Washing

 

In first time, our feathers are wash. Like for the clothes, we put the feathers in washing machine of 30 kg, then we put water, detergents, etc...

Then, we put feathers in succesive baths composed of different detergents and anti-static liquids...

The feathers are spin-dry and then dry.

 

Etape 2 - Selection

The feathers brought as far as machine who select, where they are selected by their heighs.

 

Etape 3 - Check

The feathers are ana check in the Sedar laboratory for maintain a good quality.

Etape 4 - Conditionment

The feathers are brought by pipes towards the machine who fills with the same quantity according to their qualities in bags .
